Hotel Morgenzeit

An exceptional hotel! Rarely have I enjoyed such good service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the cable car. The walk is pleasant after a day on the slopes. There are a few bars along the way that invite you to après ski. The hotel is clean, the wellness area is great, the pool is excellent and the prices are reasonable. The breakfast is more than ample and even available until 1 pm. The in-house restaurant is almost perfect. Top selection and absolutely delicious Any time again!

The hotel is newly built. It is clean, well designed, comfortable, friendly and luxurious. Breakfast is available until 1pm (yes until 1pm!!) which takes the stress out of early rising. Fantastic choice of fruit, cold cuts, muesli, fresh orange juice, vegetable drink blender and so much more. Natural outdoor pool is a dream. Great to have a quick swim before breakfast! Short walk to the cable car where you can lift to the top of the mountain and then hike from there onwards. Don't forget towel and swimming costume as there is a great pool at the top to swim in! The town offers great restaurants within walking distance so you don't need to always eat in the reasonably priced hotel restaurant. Staff great and friendly. There are many walks direct from the hotel but if you are prepared to drive a short distance then a walk around the lake in Fuschl is a great experience. It was superb! We basically stumbled upon this one as we initially wanted to stay in another place... glad that this didn't worked out and we landed here. It's very new (2020 i think) and so the rooms are modern and not worn out. But they are clean, bright and comfy. The beds are very nice and the bathroom is modern... open style 😉 But the best thing for us where the very nice and helpful employees! A small hotel just lives from it's employees and you can tell if they like what they do. It's the little things a smile here, a nice question there. Perfect! And please plan time for the breakfast. Or better make it a brunch... We stayed in quite some hotels and even had the luck to stay at some pricier ones but I think this breakfast buffet was at least int the top three if not the best. A lot of selection hot and cold, sweet and sour and it even changes over the span before noon. We will definitely come back again. Thanks.

We loved our stay at Hotel Morgenzeit! The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel's architecture as well as the pool and spa area are beautiful! Another highlight was the great breakfast, including many specialties, and the fact that the hotel offers brunch until 1 am. The staff was so nice that they also offered us to use the pool and showers after our hike, even though we had already checked out of the room. I can highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely visit again! :)

A refined hotel with an interesting concept of bed (accommodation) and brunch. Firstly, reception service is friendly and warm. Secondly, the room had a direct view to the mountains. Superb. Third, breakfast is available till 1pm which is great as you can take your time in the morning and more space at the tables. Food on weekends seem more variety on weekends probably bcos external guests come in for breakfast/ brunch. The dining area has a good view too. Fourth, the spa area, sauna is clean and well maintained. Fifth, dinner from the restaurant is top notch (pictures). We loved our experience at Morgenzeit and will definitely recommend to our family and friends who are planning to visit the area. Just some minor points to make it six stars maybe? 😉 The outdoor pool is charming but there is some signs of green mould which made us hesitant to use, and we could not store our IT tablet and camera in the safe in our room due to heat from the fridge directly below. May be better to place the safe elsewhere.
